Using the app

You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to buy or sell.
List only items you are legally allowed to sell, and describe them honestly.
No illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or prohibited goods; no harassment, spam, or fraud.

AI estimates

Scan results and value estimates are AI-generated guidance based on general product knowledge — not a valuation, appraisal, or guarantee. Prices vary with condition, demand, and market. Always check an item yourself before buying or selling. This is general product information, not financial advice.

Transactions between users

Dalooda is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Deals, payment, and delivery are arranged directly between users; we are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for items, payments, or conduct between users.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your content, and grant us the licence needed to display and operate it within the app. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act where they apply, we are not liable for losses arising from user transactions or from reliance on AI estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
